My name is Diane M. Porter and I am a CPA, Certified Tax Coach and Attorney  at Law.

This unique insight into the financial, tax and legal ramifications of business decisions provides my clients with the extra advantage they need to succeed in today's competitive business environment.

My clients span the wide variety of industries that make the Gulf Coast so viable today. From service industries to manufacturing, from professional services to retail and wholesale, my clients seek me out for my tax expertise and prudent financial counsel.

Throughout my career as an advisor to business, I have assisted business owners in carefully weighing the multitude of options available to them. In this way I have become the trusted business advisor to some of the areas most successful entrepreneurs.


A graduate of Birmingham-Southern College, I received my degrees in Accounting and Business Administration prior to pursuing my law degree at the Birmingham School of Law.


I am a member of the American Institute and Alabama Association of CPAs, The Alabama State Bar,  the American Association of Attorney and CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Tax Coach. In addition I am an active member of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce.

I was priviledged to be one of Alabama’s 29 delegates to the White House Conference on Small Business in 1995 and attended the 1998 Small Business Summit as Senator Spencer Bachus’ representative.

I reside in Foley, Alabama with my husband who is blissfully retired.
